Let’s talk HIP THRUSTS + MYO-REPS! Are you doing hip thrusts but not seeing the glute growth you want? Your exercise selection matters, but so do your technique, training intensity, progressive overload and weekly training plan. In this video, I’m showing you how to make your home hip thrusts more effective using Myo-Reps, a time-efficient training technique designed to accumulate challenging reps without performing lots of separate working sets. 🔥 IN THIS VIDEO, YOU’LL LEARN: ✅ How to perform hip thrusts with proper technique ✅ How Myo-Reps work and how to structure your sets ✅ How to use short rest periods and mini-sets effectively ✅ How to make home hip thrusts more challenging with my practical hip thrust band ✅ How to progressively increase resistance using dumbbells ✅ Which other exercises you should include to build stronger, fuller glutes ✅ How to structure your weekly training for glute growth 🏡 YOUR HOME GLUTE TRAINING SETUP One of my favorite tools for home workouts is a hip thrust band that allows you to position dumbbells on either side. It’s practical, space-saving and makes it easier to add resistance at home. Remember: building your glutes isn’t about doing endless repetitions or chasing the burn. Focus on good technique, challenging resistance, progressive overload, sufficient recovery and consistency. 🍑 WANT TO GROW YOUR GLUTES? Use hip thrusts as one of your main glute exercises, but don’t rely on one movement alone. Combine hip extension exercises with movements that train your glutes at longer muscle lengths, such as Romanian deadlifts, and add appropriate abduction work. Train your glutes consistently throughout the week, allow time for recovery and gradually increase your training demands as you get stronger. 💬 QUESTION FOR YOU: Do you prefer training your glutes at home or in the gym? And have you tried Myo-Reps before? Let me know in the comments!
