My First Time Trail Running Was A DISASTER!

I have never really been into running, but maybe that's because I have never tried trail running... Watch me attempt my first ever trail run in Ards Forest on the West Coast of Ireland 🇮🇪 I gave it my best shot but with an injured IT band, a fall and some pretty steep hills I found my first trail run tough!
