Ice Dip In Canada | My TOUGHEST Challenge Yet!

Genuinely, this is one of the toughest things I have ever done! I tried my first ice dip in Canada and although it was a great experience, I am definitely not rushing back to do another 🤣. I really had to control my breathing to overcome the shock but it just shows that most things are mind over matter!
