She listens without interrupting first and foremost and then offers suggestions that are custom tailored towards the person’s hair type, lifestyle and preferences. Before she starts, she goes over the entire plan to make sure that there was nothing lost in translation. How do you know you have a great stylist? They should: 1. Listen 2. Offers customized suggestions 3. Give realistic expectations 3. Reiterate the plan 4.
