En este video del 1º entrenamiento de Ale y Gemma les dejo unos tips para llevar a cabo en estas situaciones. 📌 Utiliza golpes técnicamente naturales, así la pelota viajará mejor y tu cuerpo se moverá de forma natural para ir a cubrir el espacio. 📌 Cuando no le pegues, presta atención a la jugada y no mires a tu compañero golpear, solo céntrate en ver hacia donde va la bola y moverte hacia dónde tengas que cubrir la pista. Al utilizar esta regla al principio puede que tardes en reaccionar a lo que hace tu compañero pero si ambos la siguen será un proceso rápido que dejará un gran orden táctico. 🥳 CONSEJO EXTRA: No juzgues la pelota de tu compañero, solo céntrate en ver y moverte rápido. Using this rule at the beginning may take time to react to what your partner is doing but if you both follow it it will be a quick process that will leave a great tactical order. 🥳 EXTRA TIP: Don't judge your partner's ball, just focus on seeing and moving fast.
