This week we're building a 6-meter stone retaining wall and creating flat terraced land for our first greenhouse installation. Our homestead land in rural Italy has a steep 30-degree slope, making permaculture gardening nearly impossible without terracing. This land terracing project is essential for installing our foil tunnel greenhouse - the foundation of our future permaculture food forest and sustainable food production system.
