We're Starting Something NEW on Our Off Grid Homestead

This week, we're taking on a lot of work in our goal of restoring abandoned land into a thriving off grid homestead 🌻. We're FINALLY putting the terraces we constructed to good use, spring transplanting our seedlings using permaculture gardening techniques, continuing to build our food forest. We're also constructing a bamboo terrace on our homestead to grow herbs in our spring garden — one more step toward self sufficient living. All gardening is done organically, the way organic farming should be. We're also beginning something new! Starting construction on a dry stone wall to build a pergola for our kiwi trees, so we can finally eat our own fruit & be living off the land 🧱.
