On our off-grid italian homestead, almost nothing worked this week!! 😅 Finishing our construction of the pergola brackets almost took an entire day, we had another problem with our off-grid water system, we set up a self-watering off grid irrigation system without reading the instructions 🙃 & then the dog ate a part of it! This is the reality of building an off-grid homestead from scratch in South Italy. Some weeks everything clicks.
