Your posture is aiming your entire swing.

Here's a way of thinking about posture that will change how you set up forever. Your arms naturally want to swing at about shoulder height, in a circle around your spine. That circle is always going to be there. The question is... where is it pointed? Body rotation moves the circle around you. Posture tips it down toward the ball. That's it. That's the whole job. When your posture is off, the circle disconnects from the ball entirely and you spend the whole swing trying to find something that was never aimed correctly in the first place. Tip over into your posture properly and the circle points right where it needs to go without any extra manipulation. Grip sets the face. Posture sets the circle. Get both right and you've done most of the work before you even move. Watch the full breakdown on our channel.
