Day 1 | 25-Min Full Body Tone (Intermediate) No Equipment | 10 Day Pilates Tone Challenge

Welcome to Day 1 of my 10 Day Pilates Tone Challenge! 🌷 we’re starting with a full body tone workout (intermediate version). If you made it through Day 1, comment ‘day 1 done’ and I’ll see you tomorrow for Day 2!! :) This series is designed to help you build strength, tone from head to toe, and progress from intermediate to more advanced Pilates mat exercises over the next 10 days. Each workout targets a different area, and we’ll gradually level up as we go so you can really see and feel the difference. This is part of the challenge, but you can absolutely do this as a standalone workout anytime. So whether you’re here for Day 1 or just a quick full body burn, you’re in the right place. INTERMEDIATE BLOCK Day 1 Full Body Pilates Tone – Intermediate Day 2 Lower Body Pilates Tone – Intermediate Day 3 Upper Body Tone – Intermediate Day 4 Toned Core – Intermediate Day 5 Pilates HIIT Tone – Intermediate ADVANCED BLOCK Day 6 Full Body Pilates Tone – Advanced Day 7 Lower Body Tone Power Pilates – Advanced Day 8 Upper Body Tone – Advanced Day 9 Toned Core – Advanced Day 10 Pilates HIIT Tone – Advanced 5 programs/repetoires - intermediate version first, then advanced. For the advanced workouts ( Days 6 to 10 ) if they feel like too much, just repeat the intermediate versions until you feel strong and controlled, then come back to them.
