Day 6 | 25-Min Full Body Tone (Advanced) No Equipment | 10 Day Pilates Tone Challenge

Welcome to Day 6 of my 10 Day Pilates Tone Challenge — today we’re moving into an advanced full body tone workout. This workout is designed to build on the strength you’ve developed so far, challenging your entire body with more advanced, controlled Pilates movements to really sculpt our whole body (with a focus on shoulders, abs, thighs and glutes). You’ll notice a bit more intensity here, but focus on staying controlled and connected through each movement. If it feels like too much too soon, go back to day 1 (the workout designed to prepare you for day 6) and repeat until it feels easier and controlled. If you’re following the series, you’re progressing beautifully — and if you’re just joining for this workout, you can absolutely do it as a standalone anytime. And if this level feels like too much, feel free to go back to the intermediate version until you feel strong and ready to progress.
