Welcome to Day 7 of my 10 Day Pilates Tone Challenge! today we’re doing an advanced lower body tone workout. We’ll be challenging your glutes, hamstrings, and thighs with more advanced, controlled movements to really sculpt and strengthen. Stay focused on control and alignment, and take breaks when needed.
