Day 8 | 20-Min Upper Body Tone (Advanced) No Equipment | 10 Day Pilates Tone Challenge
Welcome to Day 8 of my 10 Day Pilates Tone Challenge!! today we’re focusing doing our advanced upper body tone workout. This workout is designed to further challenge and strengthen your arms, shoulders, and upper back using more advanced, controlled Pilates movements to really sculpt and define, while also strengthening muscles that support good posture. Expect a bit more intensity here, but stay focused on control, alignment, and moving with intention through each exercise. If the advanced version just feels like too much right now, repeat the intermediate version of this series until it feels easier, then come back :) we would rather do the movements in good form later on than rush through them in bad form now.
