20-Min Pilates | Deep Core

This is a 20-minute deep core Pilates workout focused on building deep core strength through mind body awareness. Throughout the workout, I’ll guide you with specific form cues to help you properly engage your deep core (like TVA, pelvic floor and intercostal muscles) so we avoid common compensations like “doming” or bearing pressure outward. We will move slow and controlled. We’re creating a deeper mind-body connection with your core. Your trunk supports everything you do, and learning how to properly engage it here will carry over into all of your future workouts.
