Welcome to Day 16 of our FREE Summer Pilates x Strength Challenge ☀️ Today's workout is a 20-minute Sculpt & Fat Burn Pilates HIIT class with Lilly Sabri, designed to help you tone your body, build strength and get sweaty through low-impact movement 🔥 If you're looking for a fat burn workout, Pilates HIIT with no jumping and low impact, body toning exercises, or a full body workout at home created by a Pilates Instructor and Physiotherapist, this class is for you. We're combining sculpting Pilates movements with low-impact HIIT exercises to challenge your entire body without any jumping. Expect to work hard, elevate your heart rate and feel amazing by the end. You'll need a set of dumbbells or bottles of water, plus a resistance band if you have one. The band is completely optional, so don't worry if you don't have one – you'll still get an incredible workout! In today's workout, expect: 👉🏼 Full body fat burn exercises; 👉🏼 Pilates x HIIT training; 👉🏼 Deep core activation; 👉🏼 Glutes, legs and arm toning; 👉🏼 Low-impact cardio; 👉🏼 Strength and endurance building. Disclaimer: Please remember that we cannot spot reduce fat, meaning we can’t choose the areas on our body where we lose fat. However to get fat loss results I recommend the following: 1. Being in calorie deficit 2. Cardio/ HIIT workout (I often call these Fat Loss/Burn workouts on my channel) 3. Resistance training and specific muscle targeted workouts. To strengthen and develop specific muscles. Please remember every body is different and we all progress at different rates. The fact that you have shown up and completed this workout is incredible.
