Welcome to Day 21 of our FREE Summer Pilates x Strength Challenge ☀️ Today's workout is a 20-minute Upper Body & Core Workout with Lilly Sabri, designed to strengthen, sculpt and tone your arms, shoulders, back and core through controlled Pilates x Strength movements. If you're looking for an upper body workout at home to sculpt a strong back workout, arms & shoulders, work your deep core and abs or a Pilates Strength workout, this class is for you 🔥 All you'll need is a set of dumbbells or a couple of bottles of water, making this the perfect at home workout for you to do anywhere. We'll be combining traditional Pilates principles with strength exercises to challenge your biceps, triceps, shoulders, upper back and deep core, helping you build real strength, improve posture and create full body stability. In today's workout, expect: 👉🏼 Strong back and shoulders 👉🏼 Upper body strengthening exercises; 👉🏼 Deep core activation; 👉🏼 Arms, shoulders and back sculpting; 👉🏼 Abs and core training; 👉🏼 Pilates x Strength movements; 👉🏼 Low-impact muscle toning. Disclaimer: Please remember that we cannot spot reduce fat, meaning we can’t choose the areas on our body where we lose fat. However to get fat loss results I recommend the following: 1. Being in calorie deficit 2. Cardio/ HIIT workout (I often call these Fat Loss/Burn workouts on my channel) 3. Resistance training and specific muscle targeted workouts. To strengthen and develop specific muscles. I have hundreds of other home workouts available on my channel, so you can pick and choose which workouts you want to do, to not only make you build a strong body, but also feel amazing. Please remember every body is different and we all progress at different rates. The fact that you have shown up and completed this workout is incredible.
