Welcome to Day 22 of our FREE Summer Pilates x Strength Challenge ☀️ Today's workout is a 20-minute Deep Core Workout with Lilly Sabri, designed to help you build a stronger core, improve stability and work towards greater definition through controlled Pilates movements. If you're struggling to activate your deep core, improve your core strength or feel more connected to your pelvic floor and postural muscles, this is the workout for you. Your core is much more than your abs. It includes your pelvic floor, deep core muscles, waist, upper abs and the muscles that wrap all the way around into your back, creating the foundation for strength, posture and everyday movement. As a Physiotherapist and Pilates Instructor, Lilly will guide you through every exercise with a focus on proper form, breathing and deep core engagement. Today's workout includes 20 exercises, working for 50 seconds on and 10 seconds rest, giving you plenty of time to challenge your muscles and build strength through every layer of your core. Being in calorie deficit 2. Cardio/ HIIT workout (I often call these Fat Loss/Burn workouts on my channel) 3. Resistance training and specific muscle targeted workouts. To strengthen and develop specific muscles.
