Welcome to Day 27 of our FREE Summer Pilates x Strength Challenge ☀️ Only 3 days to go, Familia! You should be so proud of yourself for making it this far. Every workout you've completed has made you stronger, healthier and more confident, and we're going to finish this challenge stronger than ever 🔥 Today's workout is a 20-minute Full Body Strength & Fat Burn class with Lilly Sabri, designed to sculpt your entire body, build strength and leave you feeling sweaty through controlled Pilates x Strength movements. If you're looking for a full body workout, Pilates with weights, fat burn workout, or a strength workout at home, this class is for you. You'll need a set of dumbbells, or two different weights if you have them. Don't worry if you're travelling or only have lighter weights available – I am too! I'll be using lighter dumbbells than I normally would, proving that you can still get an incredible workout with whatever you have available. We'll be working 45 seconds on and 15 seconds rest, keeping the intensity high while allowing enough recovery to give your best in every round. As a Physiotherapist and Pilates Instructor, I will guide you through every movement with a focus on proper form, control and full-body activation. Disclaimer: Please remember that we cannot spot reduce fat, meaning we can’t choose the areas on our body where we lose fat. However to get fat loss results I recommend the following: 1. Being in calorie deficit 2. Cardio/ HIIT workout (I often call these Fat Loss/Burn workouts on my channel) 3. Resistance training and specific muscle targeted workouts. To strengthen and develop specific muscles. I have hundreds of other home workouts available on my channel, so you can pick and choose which workouts you want to do, to not only make you build a strong body, but also feel amazing. Please remember every body is different and we all progress at different rates. The fact that you have shown up and completed this workout is incredible. You should be very proud of yourself for taking the steps to improve not only your physical, but also your mental health. The key to achieving your fitness and health goals is consistency and healthy lifestyle changes, without restriction. I don’t believe in crazy fad diets.
