Welcome to Day 28 of our FREE Summer Pilates x Strength Challenge ☀️ Can you believe it, Familia? You've made it to Day 28! You should be incredibly proud of yourself for showing up, staying consistent and investing in your health over the past four weeks 💛 Today's workout is a 20-minute Upper Body Workout with Lilly Sabri, designed to build strength, improve posture and sculpt your entire upper body through controlled Pilates x Strength movements. If you're looking for an upper body workout with weights, arms workout, shoulder workout, back workout, or a core workout at home, this class is for you. We'll be using dumbbells throughout the entire workout, targeting your arms, shoulders, upper back, postural muscles and deep core. We'll also include neck and posture realignment exercises to help you move better, feel stronger and support your everyday posture. As a Physiotherapist and Pilates Instructor, Lilly will guide you through every movement with a focus on proper form, alignment and deep core engagement. In today's workout, expect: 👉🏼 Upper body strength training; 👉🏼 Arm and shoulder sculpting; 👉🏼 Upper back strengthening; 👉🏼 Neck and posture realignment; 👉🏼 Deep core and oblique activation; 👉🏼 Pilates x Strength exercises. Disclaimer: Please remember that we cannot spot reduce fat, meaning we can’t choose the areas on our body where we lose fat. However to get fat loss results I recommend the following: 1. Being in calorie deficit 2. Cardio/ HIIT workout (I often call these Fat Loss/Burn workouts on my channel) 3. Resistance training and specific muscle targeted workouts. To strengthen and develop specific muscles. I have hundreds of other home workouts available on my channel, so you can pick and choose which workouts you want to do, to not only make you build a strong body, but also feel amazing. Please remember every body is different and we all progress at different rates. The fact that you have shown up and completed this workout is incredible. You should be very proud of yourself for taking the steps to improve not only your physical, but also your mental health. The key to achieving your fitness and health goals is consistency and healthy lifestyle changes, without restriction. I don’t believe in crazy fad diets.
