A FULL DAY of marathon training for sub 2:30
What a full day of running really looks like as I get ready for the Copenhagen Marathon on May 10 :) This is pretty typical for me right now. A hard workout in the morning (threshold + speed), lifting after, and an easy double to finish the day. And thanks to Nike for sponsoring today’s video! #teamnike With the mileage I’m running each week, I like to rotate shoes to keep things feeling fresh and get something different out of each pair. The Pegasus 42 has been a staple lately! It’s smooth, comfortable, and lets you feel the ground a bit more, which I really like on a lot of my runs.
