10 MIN Standing Cardio Workout | at home full body high energy fat burning workout | no equipment
Hi guys! Today we have an absolute BURNER of a cardio routine! This one is super intense, with a lot of high energy moves (please avoid this if you have sensitive knees). This workout will put you in a fat burning zone, elevating the heart rate whilst also stimulating muscle growth by incorporating body weight moves such as jump squats. On the menu today we have: Jumping Jacks - this will work to elevate the heart rate, increasing fat burning and cardiovascular health A - skips - a fun way to burn fat whilst also increasing mobility Cross crunches - these keep the heart rate elevated whilst strengthening the core Pop squats & jump squats - these will help to tone up the legs and lift the glutes whilst also burning fat and elevating the heart rate Punches - this is a low impact exercise which will work on building lean muscle in the arms and back whilst keeping the heart rate elevated.
