10 MIN Full Body Pilates x Strength Workout | pilates with weights for full body strength and toning

Hi guys! Today I have a quick burner for you, this is a Pilates inspired workout with dumbbells. This workout is all about strength and control, using slow, controlled exercises to get that deep pilates burn! We're working full body today so we include exercises that work the arms, legs, glutes, core and back. Here's what's on our workout menu today: - we begin with a back and glute combo, taking a birddog variation to work on lifting the glutes, strengthening the back whilst engaging the deep core muscles. - we then move into a core strengthening exercise which includes some pushups for full body toning, control and total core strengthening. - we follow this with a clam series where we work on rounding the glutes and outer hips, whilst also strengthening the shoulders and toning the arms with some press variations. - our last section is abs and arms focused, we move onto our side to work the deep core, whilst also engaging the lower abs to start flattening the stomach and toning up the midsection, with this we add some arm raises to work the shoulders. enjoy your workout!
