10 MIN Upper Body & Core Workout | at home dumbbell workout for lean arms and toned abs

Hi guys! Today I have another quick burner for you! We'll be using a light set of dumbbells today (mine are 2.5kg each) as we have lots of reps and time under tension. This workout will work to build lean muscles in the arms, strengthen the back muscles, and tighten up the midsection with our core and abdominal work. Here's what's on our workout menu today: - we start off with classic bicep curls to tone up the arms - we then begin to add some press moves in to start sculpting the shoulders and building upper back strength - from here we take it into tricep extensions to create lean muscle in the arms - we then move into some back work to build lean muscle in the back, therefore starting to get rid of stubborn back fat - we then move into some shoulder and oblique work, this will sculpt the shoulders and trim the waistline, working to create a toned, hourglass figure - we take it down to the mat to work on our abs! We have side plank variations that will help to slim the waist whilst toning the abs and strengthening the core. enjoy your workout!
