30 MIN Upper Body & Core Pilates Sculpt | at home sculpt class with weights | lean arms & toned abs

Hi guys! Today we have a 30 minute upper body and core sculpt workout - Pilates style! This means whilst we burn out our muscles with a lot of time under tension, we also work on deep core strength, mobility and balance. Today we’re using our light set of dummbells, or if you don’t have any, don’t worry, this will still burn even without weights! Today on our workout menu we are serving: PART 1 - Arms and Obliques: in this series we combine some arm movements that work to create lean muscle in your upper body, with some oblique moves, creating a complete upper body combo! By training the obliques we are tightening up the waistline, building lean muscle to tone the midsection. PART 2 - Back and Posture: this is a weightless section where we focus on toning up the back, building muscle to fight against stubborn back fat, but also straighten out the posture, especially any upper back humps/rounding. PART 3 - Arms and Back: ahh I love these kneeling arm series, here we work the total upper body, we’ve got exercises that with sculpt the shoulders, strengthen the back, and lean out the arms with our tricep work. PART 4 - Abs and Arms: I apologise in advance because this will destroy your lower abs (only for them to come back stronger, tighter and more toned!!) my words to my partner when I practiced this were “I think I’ve ripped myself a sixpack” because that is how this series will leave you feeling. We’ve got upper abs, lower abs and press moves that will work the chest and shoulders. PART 5 - Core strength: sorry guys I could not have a pilates workout without planks! This last series will finish your arms and abs off for good, we’ve got pushups and planks for total core strength and arm toning! Enjoy your sculpt class!
