30 MIN Upper Body and Core Dumbbell Workout | at home workout for toned arms and strong core

Hi guys, Today we have a 30 minute upper body and core workout using a lighter set of dumbbells (mine are 2.5kg each). We’re working on full upper body strength, so we work the shoulders, triceps, biceps, chest and back, as well as strengthening the core with oblique and deep core work! Here’s our workout menu today: PART 1 - Total Upper Body Focus: here we start off with some bicep work, then move into presses to sculpt the shoulders, we finish off with some shoulder work to create lean, toned arms. PART 2 - Oblique Focus: this section left my obliques sore for dayssss! Here we use the core muscles to help lift us in and out of our side bends, this will work to strengthen the core whilst also tightening up the waistline. PART 3 - Back & Tricep Focus: this section will help to strengthen your upper back, building muscle in the area to get rid of stubborn back fat! We have tricep moves to create lean, toned arms. PART 4 - Shoulders & Back: in this section we work on creating sculpted shoulders and a strong, toned back with frontal/lateral raises and kneeling rows. PART 5 - Chest & Core Focus: here we work on full upper body strength, we have presses for chest and shoulder strength, tricep work for lean, toned arms, and crunch variations for sculpted abs and a strong core.
