15 MIN Full Body Kettlebell Workout | standing workout | at home workout to strengthen and tone

Hi guys! Welcome to the first of our June workouts ❤️ Today we have a quick and effective full body standing workout using one kettlebell, mine is 6KG but use a weight that suits you. We target full body here so expect to work your back, arms, glutes, legs and core! 🔥 Here's an outline of our workout: We start off with RDLs which are great for strengthening the legs, and lifting the booty by incorporating the hamstrings. We turn this into a full body combo by adding in front raises to sculpt the shoulders and build lean arms. We then move back to legs with squats which will tone your legs and round the glutes. Keeping with the theme, we make this full body with some overhead presses, working to strengthen the back and build muscle to get rid of stubborn back fat! We work our abs with some marches, these will help use your deep core muscles, improving balance and strengthening the abs. Our last few exercises are single sided, we have SL RDLs which tone and lift the glutes, upright rows to sculpt the shoulders (this combo is ouchhhh) and of course I had to add in some knee drives because they're my latest obsession - the tone the legs, lift the glutes and help improve core stability and balance! Enjoy your workout, let me know how you get on!
