ETAPA 2 | TITAN FOREST PATAGONIA 2026

𝗘𝗧𝗔𝗣𝗔 𝟮 CERRO CASTILLO - CERRO CASTILLO MTB: 75 km | 1.483 m | ⭐️⭐️⭐ GR: 78 km | 1.530 m | ⭐️⭐️⭐️️ Tras una exigente primera jornada, la segunda etapa ofrece un recorrido más llevadero con salida y llegada en Cerro Castillo. 🚴‍♂️ Después de recorrer las calles de la localidad, el pelotón afrontará un largo tramo de asfalto junto al río Ibáñez antes de volver a dividirse en dos recorridos. Los participantes de MTB pondrán rumbo al Lago Sepúlveda, donde les espera el tramo más técnico de la etapa y un espectacular paso junto a la orilla del río Ibáñez. Por su parte, la modalidad gravel continuará por un recorrido más favorable hasta alcanzar Puerto Ingeniero Ibáñez, a orillas del Lago General Carrera. 🌊 A partir de ahí, ambos pelotones iniciarán el regreso a Cerro Castillo por pistas en buen estado y rodeadas de naturaleza, aunque MTB todavía guardará un último tramo técnico antes de alcanzar el campamento. ____ After a demanding opening stage, Stage 2 offers a more manageable route, starting and finishing in Cerro Castillo. 🚴‍♂️ After riding through the town’s streets, the peloton will tackle a long stretch of asphalt alongside the Ibáñez River before splitting into two different routes once again. MTB riders will head towards Lago Sepúlveda, where the most technical section of the stage awaits, along with a spectacular stretch alongside the banks of the Ibáñez River. Meanwhile, the gravel riders will continue on a smoother route towards Puerto Ingeniero Ibáñez, on the shores of Lake General Carrera.🌊 From there, both groups will begin their return to Cerro Castillo on well-maintained tracks surrounded by nature. MTB riders, however, will still face one final technical section before reaching the camp.
