We add a stability challenge to Feet-in-straps by incorporating spacers like a Triadball (Pilates ball) to see if we are able to do the exercises without the ball moving. This is a great tool to see if we have muscles that are more dominant than others. By incorporating the ball and making sure we don’t move it, we work our muscles in a more balanced way.
