Pilates Reformer Workout | Intermediate Level L5 A | Stability Focus

An essential component of the Pilates Method is keeping certain body parts still and stable whilst moving others. This program is a step up from Level 4. We will do a challenging all over body workout starting to gear up towards more advanced repertoire, but whilst focusing on Stability. Stability creates strength and mobility. The more stable our pelvic girdle is the stronger our core. The more stable our shoulder girdle is, the more range of motion our arms have. When our knees are stable our legs are stronger and when our ankles are stable it positively impacts our gait. Your understanding of stability whilst moving through each exercise will be challenged in this program. Your increased body awareness and movement patterns will be tested. Enjoy!
