Pilates Reformer Workout | Intermediate Level L5 C | Leg & Footwork Focus
You are feeling strong and have a solid foundation from successfully completing the previous levels. You know how to engage your legs and connect with your feet to legs and whole body. This level solidifies what you have learnt so far and adding some new repertoire like Buttlifter and Grasshoper Prep. Fun! Its an all over body workout that asks you to connect to your feet and legs during abdominal work and Arm Work and Feet-in-straps Work and….every exercise really. You will feel long and strong (and maybe a little shaky in the legs:) after this workout. All the signs you are starting to do every exercise like its an all over body challenge.
