Pilates Reformer Workout | Intermediate Level L5 E | Feet in Straps Focus

Inside thigh strength and endurance is the focus of this workout. You will be introduced to some new Spinal Articulation exercises with the Feet-in-straps like Long Spine. Watch the video before trying these exercises as we arevweight bearing on the upper body and don't want the head rotated when doing this. You will feel the challenge of endurance required in the hamstrings (back of the legs) during these Feet-in-straps exercises.
