Pelvic stability and range of motion in the hips is the focus in this workout. Whether we are doing leg work, ab exercises, arms or weight bearing work, we are focusing on stabilising the lumbo-pelvic region whilst exploring the ROM in the hip sockets. This focus ties in beautifully with one of the 6 traditional principles of the Method….Centering. You will feel centred, strong and connected to your pelvis and hips!
