While there is no bouldering in Arco (Oh, there is, but I am sorry, it is really BAD), there is still Val Daone, which you can do in a day-trip, and many 8Cs in the Alps that are way closer from Arco than from home. Combined with very good training conditions at the Italia Climbing training centre and wooden board from Pietro Vidi and Simone Mabboni, it was a good opportunity to make this dream come true ✌ I was just patiently waiting, getting stronger, and I got an amazing weather window. I had 2 main objectives - one was Ziqqurat 8C in Aosta, Italy. Another was Foundation Edge 8C in Fionnay, Switzerland. I got pretty close for Ziqqurat, which made me confident for Foundation Edge, but in flash tries, the pressure is intense, and so many things can go wrong ☝ This is a packed video that includes ascents like Big Illusion 8C, Ziqqurat 8C, Gliese 581 8B+ flash, Ghost Ship 8B+ "flash".
